Create your repository

Give your repository a name — we recommend spa to follow along.

Set visibility to Private (keeps your code just for you), then click the Create repository button.

As you can see below, a copy of "spa" is now under your account.

That's it — you now have your own copy of the project. This is your code, in your account, and you can change anything you want. Nobody else can see it unless you decide to share it.

Next, you'll put it on the internet.
